Our Donor Recruitment team is the first point of contact via phone for our potential blood donors. Our most successful team members are passionate, energetic and high achievers. They realize that with every phone call, three lives can potentially be saved. They are organized, accurate and PC literate. They are able to work independently, but also never hesitate to jump in and help a team member.
Other necessary qualifications include excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on listening and responding appropriately to donor's questions and concerns. Top notch customer service is a must!
Candidates should have a minimum of a High School Diploma. Other skills needed are the ability to type 45 words per minute and be able to read, write and speak English.
Hours: Monday -- Thursday 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm & Saturday 10:30 am - 3:30 pm; additional hours as needed.
Position will be located at the Young Street Donor Center located in the McCully area.
Drug testing and physical examination required for all positions.
