Administrative Assistant - Marketing & Recruitment

Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing and Donor Recruitment , the Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in the department's success. Our most successful Administrative Assistants are passionate about the mission, energetic, organized, accurate and technology savvy. They can work independently, but also never hesitate to assist where needed. Often the voice of the department to donors and external contacts, excellent customer service is a must.

Responsibilities include offering clerical support, records management, internal and external communications, computer data entry, producing reports as required, monitoring and ordering supplies and coordinating department events. The candidate must Microsoft Office proficient.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience as an Administrative Assistant to senior management. High school graduate required, business school graduate or Associate's degree preferred.


 Drug testing and physical examination required for all positions.
